Job summary

Mastercard's Center for Inclusive Growth in Jakarta seeks a collaborative Manager, Social Impact to lead the Indonesia portfolio and align with regional priorities. You will manage programs focused on small business growth, financial health, digital inclusion, and ecosystem partnerships, engaging with government, financial institutions, and NGOs.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Social Impact, APEMEA, and offers significant cross-market exposure across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs or projects in social impact, inclusive growth, sustainability or development fields.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with government, NGOs, financial institutions or development partners.
• End-to-end program management including strategy, operations, risk and finance.
• Ability to translate market trends into relevant partnerships and programs.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and management of Indonesia Center portfolio with measurable results.
• Manage flagship programs supporting small businesses, women entrepreneurs and underserved communities.
• Collaborate with market teams and global leads for cross-market learning in Southeast Asia.
• Develop program strategies, plans, budgets, milestones and metrics.
• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning activities; translate data into improvements.
• Maintain governance, grant administration, risk management and reporting processes.
• Build partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, fintechs and NGOs to advance inclusive growth.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-investment and scale across sectors.
• Align social impact priorities with market and business objectives with internal teams.
• Support client engagement through insights, evidence and thought leadership.
• Contribute Indonesian market insights to regional strategy and cross-market collaboration.
