You will work with Mastercard Indonesia leadership and ecosystem partners to align social impact priorities with local needs and business objectives, fostering collaboration

• Ability to align stakeholder interests and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Support implementation and management of social impact programs in Indonesia with alignment to strategic goals.
• Lead flagship programs that support small businesses, financial health, digital inclusion and resilience.
• Collaborate with market teams, grantees and global leads to share knowledge across Southeast Asia.
• Develop program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, milestones and metrics.
• Monitor, evaluate and translate impact data into improvements and communications.
• Maintain governance, grant administration, risk management and reporting processes.
• Build and manage partnerships with government, financial institutions, fintechs, development partners and civil society.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-investment and scale across sectors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities with market and business objectives.
• Support client and partner engagement through insights, evidence and thought leadership.
• Contribute Indonesian market insights to regional strategy and cross-market collaboration.
