Job summary

Mastercard, Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Manager for the Center for Inclusive Growth to lead social impact programs across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on small business growth, financial health, digital inclusion and ecosystem development, partnering with government, financial institutions, NGOs and corporate teams to deliver measurable impact.

Experience managing cross-functional programs and partnerships.
Ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders and translate challenges into actions.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Experience with government, non-profits, financial institutions or development partners.

Responsibilities

Support implementation and growth of the Center's social impact portfolio in Indonesia and SE Asia.
Manage programs focused on small business growth, financial health, and digital inclusion.
Collaborate with market teams and global leads to share knowledge and learning.
Develop program strategies, budgets, milestones and metrics.
Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and reporting for impact improvements.
Build and manage partnerships with government, financial institutions, fintechs and NGOs.
Represent the Center in external meetings and prepare briefing materials.
