Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, partnerships or projects in social impact, inclusive growth, sustainability, blended finance or international development.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and management of the Center's social impact portfolio in Indonesia, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results.
• Manage flagship and global programs that support small businesses, financial health, and digital inclusion.
• Collaborate with market teams, grantees and global leads to share knowledge and strengthen cross-market learning in Southeast Asia.
• Develop program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, milestones and performance metrics.
