Job summary

Mastercard's Center for Inclusive Growth in Jakarta seeks a Manager to drive social impact programs across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Lead initiatives on small business resilience, financial health and digital inclusion while coordinating with government, NGOs and financial partners.

You will manage partnerships, develop strategies, and ensure impact through evidence-based reporting and cross-market learning. Based in Jakarta with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, partnerships or projects in social impact or international development.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with government, non-profit, financial institutions and development partners.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and growth of the Center's social impact portfolio in Indonesia and selected SEA initiatives.
• Manage programs focused on small business growth, financial health, digital inclusion and resilience.
• Build partnerships with government, financial institutions, fintechs and development partners.
• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning activities with data-driven insights.
