Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth in Jakarta seeks a collaborative Manager to lead social impact programs in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, focusing on small business growth, financial health and digital inclusion.

You will work with government, financial institutions and civil society to translate strategy into measurable results, manage cross-functional teams, and advance inclusive growth with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, partnerships or projects in social impact, inclusive growth, sustainability or international development.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with government, non-profit organizations, financial institutions, development partners and community groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs end-to-end including strategy, operations, budgeting and risk management.
• Ability to translate market trends into relevant partnerships and programs.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and management of the Center's social impact portfolio in Indonesia, ensuring strategic alignment, effective delivery and measurable results.
• Manage flagship and global programs that support small businesses, financial health, digital inclusion and ecosystem development.
• Collaborate with market teams, grantees and global program leads to share knowledge and strengthen cross-market learning across Southeast Asia.
• Support development of program strategies, implementation plans, budgets, milestones and performance metrics.
• Coordinate monitoring, evaluation and learning activities, translating evidence into program improvements and communications.
• Maintain governance, grant administration, risk management and reporting processes.
• Build and manage partnerships with government agencies, financial institutions, fintechs, development organizations and civil society to advance inclusive growth outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-investment and scale across sectors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align social impact priorities with market and business objectives.
• Support client and partner engagement through insights and evidence-based thought leadership.
• Contribute Indonesian market insights to regional strategy and cross-market collaboration.
