PepsiCo is seeking a Process Operator to oversee snack production, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and SOPs. The role emphasizes operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and documenting outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a min. bachelor’s or diploma in engineering or food science, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and solid understanding of food safety and halal standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or related major.
• At least 3 years of production operator experience in snack/foods manufacturing.
• Knowledge of snack manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and halal requirements.
• Basic cleaning and preventive maintenance skills.
• Quality control awareness and product compliance.
• Accurate completion of production documents and reports.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the snack manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete production documentation accurately and promptly.
