Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, food science, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a production operator in snack/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of snack manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Ability to operate and monitor production machinery.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, safety standards, and halal systems.
• Basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance skills.
• Quality control and product compliance awareness.
• Accurate production documentation and reporting.
• Ability to identify and report malfunctions or quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in the snack manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and promptly.
