Job summary

LG Innotek Indonesia is seeking an SMT Engineer for production to oversee SMT assembly for automotive components, ensuring quality and on-time output.

You will troubleshoot line issues, implement improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production plans. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the role is located in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• 3 years minimum SMT engineering experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with automotive electronics manufacturing standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, PLC programming, and simulation tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

SMT Engineer for Production - (English Fluent)

LG INNOTEK INDONESIA is a Manufacturing Industrial Company which produces Electronic and Automotive components, originates from South Korea and is part of the LG Group.

Description

• Responsible for production of SMT products for automotive components.
• Resolve problems arising from the production line
• Carry out continuous improvements so that production results will always run according to plan

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronic Engineer or a related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a SMT Engineer or in an SMT Mfg. company
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Understand several manufacture electronics part / machine
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software
• Have Statistical Analysis and Process Management Experience
• Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)
• Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta.

Additional :

• VDA 6.3 Certification: If possess certification as an Internal Auditor or External Auditor
• Experienced in handling customers, especially Automotive customer
• Work Experience in Process Automotive-Repair: Familiarity with standards like IPC-7711, etc.
