Job summary

LG INNOTEK INDONESIA is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Staff fluent in English to join our electronics and automotive components manufacturing operations. The role focuses on handling customers, managing suppliers, and ensuring all customer document requests are fulfilled accurately.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in QA in electronics or automotive manufacturing, strong English writing, familiarity with IATF tools, and experience in PDCA/DMAIC/8D/QC7 while maintaining a goal-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as QA Staff or QA Supervisor in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
• Fluent in English; TOEIC/TOEFL beneficial.
• TOEFL ≥ 540 or TOEIC Speaking ≥ 140 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service interactions and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Ensure all customer document requests are fulfilled accurately.

Description

• To manage for handling customer as Customers service
• To manage for handling suppliers
• To ensure that all customer document requests can be fulfilled properly

Requirement

• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience as QA Staff / QA Supervisor in an electronics or automotive manufacturing company
• Fluent in English, preferably with TOEIC/TOEFL certificate will be a benefit.
• TOEFL score minimum 540 or TOEIC Speaking score minimum 140.
• Over 3 years of Analysis Experience for PDCA / DMAIC / 8D / QC 7 Tool
• Understanding the IATF Core Tools
• Accustomed to a goal-oriented work system
• Accustomed to writing reports in English
• Proficient in using Ms. Office
• Experience for handling customers complain

Additional :

• Has VDA / IATF certificate
• Understanding and experience for Audit
• Bachelor's degree for graduates in electrical / electronics engineering
