Job Descriptions

• Improve and optimize industrial electronic production processes from inception to start up and certification.
• Provide review and feedback in manufacturing prototypes.
• Conduct production trials for electronic products.
• Review, write, and edit work instructions based on template.
• Collaborate across departments to improve the electronic production process and the electronic product itself.
• Design special jig and tools to support production process.
• Creation and validation of Bill of Materials (BOM).

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject.
• Good understanding in PCB production process or equivalent.
• Have a wide knowledge in low-power electronic circuits.
• Have an understanding of the new product development process.
• Familiar with data processing, Excel formula, and data presentation.
• Familiar with schematic software, and CAD software.
• Have good attention to detail and high accountability.
• Self-driven to take initiative and thrive in environments with minimal supervision.
• Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.

Nice to Have

• Experience in electronic PCBA production
• Understand the PCB making process, SMT line, PCBA testing process
• Understand the Python or C# programming language
