Job summary

PT. LG INNOTEK INDONESIA is seeking an Electrical Engineer for Production to drive product development, circuit design and PCB artwork. You will manage samples, troubleshoot technical issues and support NPI processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience, proficiency in C++/Python, and familiarity with AutoCAD and PLC tools. English communication is preferred; placement in Cikarang, Bekasi area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
• 1–3 years in electrical engineering, installation, troubleshooting or maintenance
• Experience with electronics parts and machines used in manufacturing
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming
• Experience with AutoCAD, PLC tools and simulation software
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and process management
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• English speaking/writing preferred (TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)
• Experience communicating with overseas teams
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang/Bekasi/Jakarta area
• Has VDA / IATF certificates
• Experience handling automotive customers
• Must reside near Bekasi/Jakarta

Description

• Product Development Process, Design Circuit and PCB Artwork, Sample management, Technical issue troubleshooting, NPI Process (New Product Introduction)


• Mass Production Product Control (Process improvement, customer issue, Technical Troubleshooting etc.)


• 4M process (Sample management, Measurement Data etc.)

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineer.


• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical Engineer, installation, and Troubleshooting and maintenance


• Understand several manufacture electronics part / Machine


• Can work on C++ and Python programs


• Proficiency in using electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming tools, and simulation software


• Have Statistical Analysis and Process Management Experience


• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)


• Preferably able to speak and write English (minimum TOEFL 500 / TOEIC Speaking 130)


• Have experience communicating with peoples from overseas


• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Bekasi, West Java)


• Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi or Jakarta
