Job summary

PT. Surya Teknologi Batam is seeking an SMT maintenance technician to support AI/SMT machines during setup and help maximize line efficiency in our PCBA manufacturing operations.

You will update SMT programs, coordinate with the Senior engineer on maintenance, assist with NPI RUN/ECN during production, tune cycle times for UPH balance, and implement weekly and 3-month preventive maintenance. Diploma 3 in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical is required; experience in AI/SMT setup in PCBA

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical is required.
• Experience in AI/SMT setup and maintenance in PCBA manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for AI/SMT machines during setup as per line in-charge.
• Update/modify existing SMT programs to maximize efficiency.
• Liaise maintenance activity with the production line in AI/SMT after input from the Senior engineer.
• Provide support for NPI RUN/ECN during implementation in production line.
• Update machine cycle time with production UPH and fine tuning for balancing after input from Senior engineer.
• Implement weekly and 3 monthly machines preventive maintenance following schedule.
