Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or institutional banking.
• Strong knowledge of SME banking products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for SME clients, ensuring relationship continuity and satisfaction.
• Identify client financial needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
• Coordinate banking services across departments for a seamless client experience.
• Process account openings, facility applications, and transaction services.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor portfolios and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams for onboarding and servicing.
