Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for SME clients, maintaining relationship continuity and satisfaction
• Identify and assess client financial needs, providing tailored banking solutions and product recommendations
• Coordinate delivery of banking services across departments for seamless client experience
• Process and facilitate client requests including account opening and transaction services
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor client portfolio performance and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues to specialists or management
• Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations to support business development
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to support onboarding and servicing
• Ensure compliance with DBS policies and regulatory standards
