PT Link Net Tbk is offering an internship opportunity in which you will monitor Work Order progress and support customer onboarding. You will coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Technician, and Permit teams as well as customers to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates in Communication Studies, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure onboarding runs smoothly and on time.
• Coordinate and communicate with Sales, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch, Technician, Permit teams and customers.
• Assist in delivering Work Orders to the Sales Active stage by coordinating with relevant teams and following up on requirements.
• Maintain and update Work Order progress records with accurate information.
• Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.
• Accelerate development & learning journey during internship.

Description du poste

• Monitor daily Work Order progress to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and according to the established timeline.

• Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Team, Regional Supervisor/Inspector, Dispatch Team, Technician Team, Permit Team, and customers to support the customer onboarding process.

• Assist in delivering Work Orders to the Sales Active stage by coordinating with relevant teams and following up on outstanding requirements.

• Maintain and update Work Order progress records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Support administrative activities and documentation related to customer onboarding and Work Order management.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication Studies, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Proactive and able to monitor work progress, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate effectively with multiple teams and customers.
