Job summary

ABB Smart Buildings in Indonesia seeks a proactive Promotions professional to plan and execute technical presentations, demonstrations, and seminars for customers and partners. You will build long-term relationships and translate needs into ABB value propositions in a hybrid work model.

You’ll lead proactive promotional activities, support sales opportunities, and travel regularly to strengthen engagement with target groups and projects, reporting to the Technical & Design Promotion Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience handling Consultants, Developers, Project Owners, Contractors and MEP; electrical industry exposure is advantageous.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical seminars and customer workshops.
• Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the target audience to create market demand.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities by presenting, educating, and showcasing ABB products and tools.
• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Travel regularly to support customer engagement activities and provide educational material.
