Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a results-oriented Sales professional to collect market data, analyze trends, and assist in developing sales and marketing strategies in Bekasi. You will engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage promotional materials while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales.
• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understand the Logistics industry and business context.
• Able to communicate actively in English (spoken or written).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide information, and assess their needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials and brochures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure implementation of an Integrated Management System and manage risks in the department.
• Support information security controls to protect company information assets.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 All Major
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in Sales
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
• Understand and understand the Logistics industry
• Able to communicate actively using English orally or in writing
• Have high integrity, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a team, communicative, and responsive as well as responsible for work.
