Job summary

Samudera Indonesia, a leading integrated cargo transportation and logistics company, seeks a sales-oriented professional in Bekasi to analyze market data and assist in developing sales strategies. You will engage with customers, handle marketing content, and build lasting relationships to support business growth.

The role requires at least a Diploma (D3), 1+ year in sales, and strong knowledge of logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in any major.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Understand the logistics industry.
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrates integrity, energy, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and assess needs.
• Manage marketing content and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure the Integrated Management System is implemented and risks are controlled.
• Participate in investigation of accidents or unsafe actions.
• Support information security controls to protect company assets.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
• 2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
• 3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

General Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• 3. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
• 4. Understand and understand the Logistics industry
