• Lead and supervise construction teams, tukang, helpers and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently
• Ensure construction follows drawings, specifications and required quality standards
• Monitor structural, architectural and finishing works
• Control workmanship and immediately identify and correct mistakes
• Coordinate with Project Management, engineers, consultants and suppliers
• Plan daily and weekly work targets and ensure deadlines are achieved
• Monitor materials and ensure they are available before work starts
• Check dimensions, levels and construction details before execution
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe construction site
