Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to supervise on-site activities, coordinate vendor and subcontractor work, and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will liaise with Building Management and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment at Jakarta sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK, D3, or S1 in a relevant field.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities performed by vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedules.
• Coordinate work permits and site access approvals with Building Management while ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions for timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and site measurements to verify work quality and payments.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, vendors, subcontractors, Building Management, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project reports including progress, site issues, safety, and follow-up actions.
