Job summary

Samudera Indonesia Tbk is seeking a project coordinator to supervise on-site activities and coordinate vendors and subcontractors in Jakarta. The role covers permits, progress monitoring, site inspections, and ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

You will serve as the main liaison among the company, vendors, Building Management, and other stakeholders, providing clear communication and timely reports in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities performed by vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Coordinate work permits and site access approvals with Building Management while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project procedures.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control activities, and site measurements (site opname) to verify work quality, progress, and payment claims in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, vendors, subcontractors, Building Management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project reports, including work progress, site issues, quality observations, safety compliance, and recommended follow-up actions.
