Job summary

PT Elnusa Petrofin is seeking a Site Officer Shift to oversee fuel receiving, storage, and dispatch across client sites. You will manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock reconciliation, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly stock cycles.

The role requires an engineering background, 1+ year of operational experience, and strong HSSE knowledge. The position involves rostered shifts and remote operations in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on operational experience; strong fresh graduates welcome.
• Solid HSSE understanding and field operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fuel receiving, storage, and dispatch at client sites.
• Maintain inventory within safe operational margins and reconcile stock.
• Monitor, document, and reconcile fuel stock on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Manage bulk storage tanks including volume measurement and quality control.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings.
• Supervise inbound transfers from suppliers and outbound distribution to end-users.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams to ensure continuous supply.
