Job summary

PT Elnusa Petrofin is seeking a Site Officer Shift to oversee fuel receipt, storage, and distribution at client sites across Indonesia. You will monitor stock levels, conduct daily to monthly reconciliations, and manage bulk tanks with accuracy and safety.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to operate in remote areas on a roster basis. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and familiarity with HSSE/K3

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with analytical problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with data processing and reporting using spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fuel receipt, secure storage, and distribution at client locations.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain safety thresholds for uninterrupted supply.
• Record-keeping and stock reconciliation daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Manage bulk storage tanks, including volume gauging and quality control.
• Investigate stock discrepancies or losses and coordinate improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and end-users to optimize supply chains.
