Global Energi Lestari is seeking a Fuel Management Supervisor to oversee daily fuel inventory accuracy, loss/gain control, scheduling, and quality assurance at a coal mining and hauling facility in Riau. You will manage stock reconciliation, ASTM corrections, and compliance with hazardous materials handling protocols.

The role requires a minimum D3/S1 in Engineering, Logistics, or Accounting, 3+ years in fuel management for mining or coal hauling, and 1–2 years in supervision; advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in fuel management for mining or coal hauling operations; 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proficiency in fuel stock calculations, density tables, loss/gain audits, and flowmeter calibration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation; experience with FMS/ERP/SAP.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily physical stock verification of storage tanks and fuel trucks.
• Calculate temperature/density corrections using ASTM tables; reconcile with deliveries.
• Monitor loss/gain variance and investigate anomalies or leaks.
• Schedule fueler teams and truck/dispenser operations to avoid hauler delays.
• Prepare daily fuel reconciliation reports and reorder point documentation.
