Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of bunkering operations, fuel handling, or marine operations.
• Strong knowledge of bunkering procedures, fuel measurement, and quantity control.
• Good understanding of HSE / MK3L policies, ISM Code, and maritime safety regulations.
• Ability to prepare accurate operational and compliance reports (daily and monthly).
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations for safe ship operation.
• Manage primary communications with Ship's Master and customers.
• Monitor ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate fuel requirements and bunkering activities for vessel operations.
• Verify fuel requests, receipts, and distribution data.
• Record and reconcile fuel usage to prevent losses or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
