Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia is seeking a qualified engineer with 2–5 years of experience in oil refinery, petrochemical, or related heavy industries. The role requires a strong background in refinery operations, process control, and equipment, with proven skills in troubleshooting, optimization, and safety compliance.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in chemical/petrochemical/process/mechanical engineering, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be willing to work shifts on-site at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in oil refinery, petrochemical, chemical processing, or a related heavy industrial environment.
Strong understanding of refinery operations, process control, and industrial equipment.
Experience in troubleshooting, process optimization, and refinery production management.
Knowledge of HSE regulations, refinery safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to work in shifts and at the project or plant site.
