Job summary

PT Energi Batu Hitam is seeking a Mine Plan Engineer to develop short-term mine plans and schedules, conduct plan-versus-actual analysis, and design pits, disposal areas, and haulage routes. You will monitor contractor progress and ensure safe, compliant planning across health, safety, environmental and labour standards.

Requirements include a minimum of a 4-year degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years' experience in mine planning or mining engineering,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mine Plan or Mine Engineer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of mine planning, scheduling and design.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term mine plans and mine scheduling.
• Conduct analysis of plan versus actual sequence.
• Perform mine design for pit, disposal, hauling road, drainage, sump and settling pond.
• Monitor contractor progress and activity sequences.
• Analyse loading, hauling, dumping, blasting and dewatering operations.
• Coordinate with related teams and contractors.
• Ensure application of health, safety, environmental and labour aspects in mine planning activities.
