Job summary

PT Aneka Sumberbumi Jaya is looking for a Mine Plan professional to optimise mining operations in Lampung Selatan, Lampung. This role focuses on developing robust mine plans, analysing geological data, and coordinating extraction, processing, and materials handling.

The candidate should have a degree in Mining Engineering or Geology and at least 5 years of mine planning and operations experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to engage stakeholders and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mine planning and operational management within the mining industry.
• Proficiency in using mine planning software and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive mine plans to maximise productivity and profitability
• Analysing geological data and resource models to determine optimal mining strategies
• Coordinating and overseeing mining activities, including extraction, processing, and materials handling
• Monitoring and adjusting mine plans to respond to changes in market conditions, resource availability, and operational factors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on mining operations and performance
