Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading site operations, projects, manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, or a related industrial environment.
• Experience managing both operational and commercial aspects of a business unit or site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
• Oversee sales activities, customer negotiations, customer relationship management, and key account management.
• Ensure customer service is delivered in accordance with SLAs while maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage production planning, material requirements, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
• Supervise production processes to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and control of the Quality Management System.
• Manage SHE/K3 standards across all operational activities.

This is an on-site role based in Sumbawa, offering an opportunity to lead site operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence within a dynamic industrial environment.

Position Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall site operations, including sales, customer management, production planning, quality assurance, and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving business objectives, optimizing operational performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
• Oversee sales activities, customer negotiations, customer relationship management, and key account management.
• Ensure customer service is delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage production planning, material requirements, inventory levels, and resource utilization to support operational efficiency.
• Supervise production processes to ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and control of the Quality Management System.
• Manage and enforce Safety, Health & Environment (SHE/K3) standards across all operational activities.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze site results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
