Job summary

PT Deltamas Solusindo is seeking a Site Manager to lead HVAC/MEP installation on our project site, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery in line with drawings, specs, and QA/QC standards. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and the Project Manager, supervise testing and commissioning, and ensure HSE compliance throughout installation and handover.

Job description

The Site Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the overall HVAC/MEP installation activities at the project site, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The Site Manager will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution and successful commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily HVAC installation activities, including ducting, piping, AHU, FCU, ventilation, chilled water, and related systems.

Ensure all site activities are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.

Monitor daily progress and ensure installation activities remain on schedule.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineering team, consultant, main contractor, and other MEP disciplines to resolve site issues.

Review and control shop drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, and site installation requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and installation quality comply with project standards.

Ensure HVAC works comply with applicable safety, health, environmental, and project HSE requirements.

Identify site problems, technical issues, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

Supervise testing, commissioning, balancing, functional testing, and system performance verification.

About you

Minimum S1/D4 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC/MEP projects, with proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, or similar position.

Strong experience in HVAC installation, ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, ventilation, chilled water, and mechanical systems.

Experience managing subcontractors, technicians, and site installation teams.

Strong understanding of HVAC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

Experience in testing & commissioning, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing), and HVAC system handover.

Good knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, construction standards, and site procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

Able to work under project pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project scheduling software is an advantage.
