• Conduct quality control audits to ensure compliance.
• Raise daily observations with the contractor for corrections.
• Prepare a monthly report based on daily site visits.
• Perform weekly and monthly site walks and upload reports.

• Raise daily observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare a monthly report for the client, based on daily site visits and audit findings.
• Perform weekly and monthly site walks and upload the resulting reports to the document management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5‑10 years of experience in site-based project management; related project experience will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical related discipline at project.
• Good command in English.
• Used to work under pressure and with demanding clients.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders.
