Job summary

AAC Construction, based in Surabaya, is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring time, quality, cost, and progress are kept in check. You will create and manage the project master schedule, breakdown to weekly targets, plan manpower, monitor progress, and report on status while ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and standards.

The role requires onsite work and leadership to coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Manager or Senior Supervisor, preferably in building construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, working drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and control the project master schedule.
• Ensure the master schedule is broken down by Supervisors into weekly work targets.
• Ensure the project team understands and executes work according to the agreed schedule.
• Calculate and plan manpower requirements based on work volume and project targets.
• Monitor actual progress and take corrective action when deviations occur.
• Ensure site works are executed according to architectural drawings, structural drawings, technical specifications, and approved project standards.
• Monitor workmanship quality and minimize construction errors.
• Control project execution to remain within the approved RAP/project budget.
• Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Supervisors, subcontractors, and related parties.

• Willing to work onsite and stay at the project location when required
