Job summary

PT. Tasvan Konstruksi Grup is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily site activities in Bali.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing, and project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Coordinate project execution with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and construction resources effectively.
• Monitor site productivity and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure all construction works comply with technical specifications and company quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate rectification of defects.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor project costs and material usage to minimize waste and improve cost efficiency.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily site construction activities at PT. Tasvan Konstruksi Grup. This role ensures work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards, while coordinating with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with at least 2 years in a Site Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing, and project execution
• Familiar with Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in residential, villa, hospitality, or commercial development projects is preferred
