CV. DAVA JAYA PERKASA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead field construction activities in Semarang. You will ensure work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, schedule, and budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years of experience in project management and supervision on construction sites. Proficiency in coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources is essential.

• Prepare, supervise and evaluate work progress against time, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee all construction work activities in the field

Ensure work is executed according to technical drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, particularly in project management and supervision

Experience as Site Manager or equivalent position is an advantage

Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods

Able to prepare, supervise, and evaluate work progress according to established targets

Able to coordinate workforce, subcontractors, materials, and project equipment

Understand construction work quality standards and occupational health and safety application in project environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to operate AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage

Willing to be placed at project locations
