Job summary

Pangat Dua is seeking a Site Interior specialist to support on-site execution of interior projects. You will monitor construction, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, verify workmanship and materials, and report site conditions to the Lead Interior Designer.

Requirements include a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, with 2-3 years of related experience. Strong reading of drawings, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Site Interior to support the execution of our interior projects on site.

You will be responsible for monitoring project execution, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, checking workmanship and material implementation, monitoring progress, and reporting site conditions to the Lead Interior Designer.

Responsibilities

Monitor interior construction and finishing work at project sites.

Ensure work execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor project progress against the agreed timeline.

Coordinate daily work activities with vendors, subcontractors, mandors, and site teams.

Check quality, finishing, dimensions, and installation of interior work.

Identify defects, discrepancies, and site issues.

Follow up on corrective actions and outstanding site works.

Check drawing implementation against actual site conditions.

Coordinate drawing or design issues with the Interior Design team.

Monitor material readiness and usage on site.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Maintain project documentation and site photo records.

Communicate project updates and site issues to the Lead Interior Designer.

Support project coordination with the Project Manager and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in interior, construction, or site projects.

Able to read working drawings.

Understands interior construction and finishing works.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and able to identify issues on site.

Good problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on project sites and travel between project locations.

Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

Experience in design-build projects is an advantage.
