Job summary

MateCareer in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager for interior fit-out projects in Tangerang Selatan. You will lead site teams, manage schedules, procurement, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on oversight of quality, safety, and documentation, reviewing drawings and BOQs, and preparing weekly progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Interior fit-out projects from project handover to final completion
• Plan projects schedules, manpower, material procurement, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project budget
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery
• Review shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation
• Manage Site Supervisors and project teams to achieve project milestones
• Prepare weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
