Job summary

Pangat Dua is seeking a Site Interior specialist to support on-site execution of interior projects. You will monitor construction, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, verify workmanship and materials, and report site conditions to the Lead Interior Designer.

Requirements include a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, with 2-3 years of related experience. Strong reading of drawings, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have formal education in interior design, architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in interior, construction or site projects.
• Able to read working drawings and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior construction and finishing work at project sites.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate daily activities with vendors, subcontractors, mandors, and site teams.
• Check quality, dimensions, and installation of interior works.
• Identify defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
