Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design is required.
• Minimum 8 years of interior design experience.
• Experience on Office Fit Out, Residential, and Retail projects.
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and AI rendering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts according to client needs, space function, and aesthetics.
• Create working drawings (layout, detail, and 3D) for field implementation.
• Prepare material boards, colour selection, furniture, and finishing according to design concept.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and project teams to ensure design implementation runs according to plan.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and field conditions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work results match drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors regarding material and production needs.
• Control quality of interior work to comply with design standards.
• Prepare material requirement estimates and assist with interior cost calculations (BOQ).
• Ensure project timeline and construction progress run according to project targets.

About you

Degree in Interior Design

Understanding of working drawing details, interior materials, and furniture/custom production processes

Strong aesthetic sense and detail-oriented
