Job summary

PT Concreate Anugerah Abadi is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate clients, architects, surveyors and subcontractors on high-end residential projects in Jakarta. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, timely reporting and budget management.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree with at least 3 years of related experience and strong CAD/Office/SketchUp skills, plus fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in High-end Residential.
• CAD, Microsoft Office and SketchUp proficiency.
• Preferably staff level in Architecture/Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
• Positive attitude, responsible, honest, energetic, organized and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and reporting progress with professional staff and subcontractors.
• Meetings with subcontractors to align on progress and schedule.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce site safety practices.
• Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings as needed.
• Maintain quality control procedures across projects.
• Motivate the workforce to achieve targets and maintain productivity.
• Resolve problems and coordinate with team to keep work moving.
• Use specialist construction management software to monitor project data.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Architecture/Interior Design, Civil Engineer or equivalent.
