Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience on civil/structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
• Experience with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities per plans and specs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure progress and adherence to design.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labour for efficient execution.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental protocols on-site.
• Provide updates to project managers, architects, and clients on status and issues.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Verify material quality and storage/handling of materials.
• Prepare site handover docs and final reports after project completion.
