Zusammenfassung

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead technically challenging IT facility infrastructure projects, including data center and smart-room environments. You will work under the PMO, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met and deliverables align with the plan.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and has 1–2 years in project-management within related industries, with strong communication, negotiation, and time-management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience as project-management/controller in a similar industry.
• Proven portfolio in managing facility-infrastructure projects (data center, smart-room, or building automation).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills for project runs.

Aufgaben

• Carry out all duties of Site Coordinator for IT/facility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and align with Project Manager under PMO for each project.
• Plan and develop facility infrastructure-plan per requirements.
• Execute the facility infrastructure-plan according to the project plan.
• Monitor and ensure quality of project tasks performed internally or by vendors.
• Lead periodic reports of project progress.
• Execute change control process in contract administration.
• Ensure all deliverables are complete according to the plan.
• Ensure proper acceptance of milestones and eventual project closure.
• Contribute to ongoing refinement of internal onTRACK PM methodology for PSI.
