Job summary

PT Dgas Alam Semesta is seeking a site civil engineer to supervise daily industrial site works, prepare schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with technical specs and HSE standards. You will design drawings and calculations, review FEED/DED documents, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to track milestones.

The role demands 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial plant, factory, or energy/oil & gas construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety protocols for vital industrial areas.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Construction Safety (K3) certification is a strong plus.

Supervise and manage daily site civil works (land clearing, foundations, steel/concrete structures, roads, and drainage) according to technical specifications and the project S-Curve.

Prepare work schedules and project budgets (RAB), and supervise project execution.

Prepare design drawings and perform calculations for civil and structural engineering projects.

Review and verify FEED and DED documents submitted by contractors and subcontractors.

Conduct regular site and quality inspections in coordination with the QA/QC team, project consultants, and the Operations Manager to ensure strict compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements.

Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in high-risk operational areas.

Coordinate effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant project stakeholders.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and track physical construction milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial plant, factory, or energy/oil & gas construction projects.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety protocols for vital industrial areas.

Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
