Job summary

PT Dgas Alam Semesta is seeking a Civil/Mechanical Project Engineer to develop plans, schedules, and execution methods for the Majalengka project, with initial placement in Cikarang.

The role requires reading P&ID, GA, Isometric, and Shop Drawings, plus strong cost control and documentation skills in line with ASME, ASTM, API, and SNI standards.

Experience with ITPs, Method Statements, RFIs, NCRs, and As-Built Drawings will be highly valued, and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of Gas Conditioning and Gas Processing Plant processes.
• Able to read technical drawings, including P&ID, GA Drawings, Isometric Drawings, Shop Drawings, and SLD.

Develop work plans, schedules, execution methods, and resource requirements.

Prepare and review drawings, material specifications, method statements, ITPs, JSAs, and other technical documents.

Track project progress, identify obstacles, and prepare progress reports.

Ensure work complies with quality requirements, specifications, and applicable engineering standards.

Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available on schedule and meet specifications.

Coordinate inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Support effective cost, schedule, and resource management to keep projects on target.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in project management.

Strong understanding of Gas Conditioning and Gas Processing Plant processes.

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, including ASME, ASTM, API, and SNI, with ASME B31.3 for piping systems and ACI/SNI for civil works.

Able to read technical drawings, including P&ID, GA Drawings, Isometric Drawings, Shop Drawings, and SLD.

Capable of developing project plans, including schedules in project, S-Curves, and Manpower Plans.

Strong cost control capabilities, encompassing cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budget tracking, and variance analysis.

Experienced in preparing key project documentation such as RKS (Terms of Reference), Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and As-Built Drawings.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

Project location is Majalengka, with initial placement will be temporarily in Cikarang.
