Job summary

Audy Dental Clinic is seeking a Site Acquisition & Business Development professional to drive expansion across Indonesia. You will identify potential expansion sites, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare data-driven proposals to support commercial decisions.

You will negotiate terms with landlords, perform market price valuation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth strategies, while traveling for site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate/Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Business Development, Property, or Leasing (experience in multi-outlet retail, F&B, healthcare, or aesthetic clinics is a strong plus).
• Proven capability in site surveys, catchment/competitor mapping, and market price valuation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (for feasibility modeling).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
