Job summary

shining 3d latam is seeking a regional sales professional to expand and manage the distribution network for dental digital products in Indonesia, aiming to hit aggressive sales targets. You will nurture distributor relationships for strong collaboration and performance while gaining deep knowledge of product features to support the line.

The role requires proactive, self-driven individuals with excellent communication skills, capable of frequent travel, and fluent in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
