Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve air freight sales targets and business growth. 2. Identify, approach, and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. 3. Promote company services, prepare quotations, and negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms. 4. Analyze market trends and customer needs to support business development initiatives. 5. Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and sales performance. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3.
