Samudera Indonesia is looking for a logistics professional to manage customer orders, prepare cargo for delivery, and coordinate packing and shipping with partners. The role requires strong knowledge of freight forwarding, solid logistics understanding, and MS Office skills.

• Minimum3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Understanding knowledge in the logistics business.

Main Responsibilities

1. Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.

2. Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.

3. Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.

4. Availability of review data for project planning reports

5. Availability of review data for project execution reports

6. Availability of data for handling method planning

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
