Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is recruiting for a logistics staff role in Jakarta Selatan to process customer orders, prepare cargo for delivery, and coordinate with couriers. You will prepare reports on logistics performance, expenses, and inventory, while supporting project planning and execution data needs.

The role also encompasses IMS compliance, risk control, and information-security reporting within the team. A minimum D3/S1 and 3 years in freight forwarding are required, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 / S1 degree (any major).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Understanding knowledge in the logistics business.
• Understanding Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate cargo delivery with logistic or courier parties.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
• Availability of review data for project planning reports.
• Availability of review data for project execution reports.
• Availability of data for handling method planning.
• Ensure implementation of an Integrated Management System and control of risks in the department.
• Foster commitment to understanding and adhering to IMS requirements.
• Participate in investigation processes of accidents or unsafe actions with accurate reporting.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.
