Job summary

White Glove Hiring seeks a Shopify & Retail Ops Specialist to own multichannel data flow between online storefronts and physical stores. You will automate tasks, resolve daily system issues, and ensure accurate order and inventory data across channels.

You will collaborate with developers to implement app rollouts, test new integrations, and document workflows to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopify Admin, apps, and retail POS in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Practical knowledge of automation tools like Shopify Flow, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong grasp of omnichannel inventory movements and order fulfillment.
• Hands-on testing for new app rollouts and system updates.
• Clear communication to guide internal teams and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily data sync across Shopify, POS, payments, and apps.
• Build automated workflows to remove manual effort.
• Test and roll out new Shopify apps and channel integrations.
• Map order and inventory processes across online and retail stores.
